1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the Family Loop iOS app and familyloopco.com. By creating an account you agree to them.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Parent and caregiver accounts are for people 18 or older. You're responsible for your account and for who you invite. Teen logins are only for ages 13+, set up by a parent with a birth-year confirmation. Keep your credentials private; tell us immediately at support@familyloopco.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of what you and your family create. You give us the limited right to store, process, and display it to run the service — including to the family members and authorized professionals you invite. Don't upload content you have no right to share, and don't use Family Loop to harass anyone.
4. Acceptable use
No attempting to breach security, scrape, reverse engineer, or use the service to break the law.
5. Records and integrity
Records are timestamped by our servers and sealed into a tamper-evident chain. Nothing in the service is legal advice, and we never interpret a court order or predict how a court will treat a record. Do not rely on Family Loop as your only copy of critical documents.
6. Subscriptions (auto-renewing, billed by Apple)
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. The app's paywall always shows the current price. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. These Terms incorporate Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/).
7. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the service available and accurate, but we may change or discontinue features. We'll act reasonably about changes that affect record keeping.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [FILL: LEGAL ENTITY NAME] is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
