FAQ
Questions parents ask.
Does the other parent see everything?+
They see the shared family content — calendar, messages, expenses, and handoffs. Your profile settings and Face ID are yours. Access rules let you set what each invited person can see.
Can a message be deleted?+
No. Sent messages are locked, even for us. You can send a correction — a new message linked to the original — or hide a message from your own view. Both parents still see the original.
Do you track my location?+
Only once, when you tap "Arrived at exchange" — and never in the background.
What about my kids?+
Children under 13 appear as names only and never get a login. Teens 13+ can have their own PIN login if a parent sets it up.
Is this legal advice?+
No. Family Loop keeps records. It never interprets a court order and never predicts outcomes.
What happens if I cancel Premium?+
You keep everything you've recorded. Premium features stop being available, and your family keeps working on the Basic plan.
How do I delete my account?+
In the app: Profile → Security & devices → Delete account. Your login and private data are removed. Shared records involving the other parent are kept and de-identified.
Who can see our family's information?+
Only the people in your family, any professional you explicitly grant view-only access, and — under a valid legal order — the company's records process. See the Privacy Policy.
